This really depends on your goals, your own motivation levels, other commitments, and budget. As part of your free initial consultation, we’ll talk through and agree on a number of sessions per week that is realistic and achievable. Generally, three times each week should be sufficient for you to start feeling and seeing results. Like anything else, you’ll get more out of it if you put more in. Whether you work out with your trainer every time is up to you, and how motivated you are, how often you can afford to train, and your weekly schedule.
