They’re individually and exclusively tailored to your personal requirements. We can help you get fit, lose weight, prepare for competition, or just have a great workout with our amazing instructors. Anybody can join our personal training programme. We have students as young as four, and as old as seventy-nine..

Most private lessons are conducted by Our Head Instructor, Sensei Simeon. Simeon has over thirty years of experience in martial arts. He has been training individuals of all abilities from all walks of life from all over the world for the past two decades. Some of his students made it all the way to the top competing at prestigious organisations like UFC, Belator and many more.
We’ll work with your pace and skill level to help you set goals that reflect your current abilities and future aspirations. Extend your level of exertion only as your body adapts.
The best way to learn
We’ll work on specific areas that you feel need work. We’ll mix a variety of your requirements into each class, so you don’t get bored. You’ll always get feedback from the instructor, with points to work on in lessons to come, whether private or regular classes.
In some cases, you may touch upon the syllabus above your current level, or work from the next level or rank-grading syllabus. You’ll get a more rigorous and personal training regime customised to your ability and goals, and expert evaluation of your skill level, fitness and flexibility and overall progress assessed. We have a world class facility with over seventy various apparatus, heavy bags, mirrors, viewing areas, and a wide variety of equipment from traditional to modern high-tech measured tools. Classes are done at our personal training studio at Richmond Olympus Gym in Richmond, Surrey, UK. We also offer online personal training. Private classes can also be done outdoors when the weather permits, or at your home (additional costs apply). We offer personal tuition in both strength & conditioning and martial arts.
Martial arts personal training
Martial arts personal training programmes are put together to suit you and your individual needs, and will help you learn at an accelerated rate. This is due to the intense training and constant monitoring. Classes last for an hour. Each is different, and specifically tailored to your needs and goals. Expect to cover all aspects of martial arts. We’ll work on stretching, flexibility, balance, coordination, pad work, heavy bags, focus pads, fight techniques, fitness, kata, kihon, and much more. We can also incorporate Strength and Conditioning if you wish so.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING PERSONAL TRAINING
Strength and Conditioning sessions also last an hour. They help students become faster, stronger and build muscular endurance so they perform better and avoid injuries. They’re great for everyone, from those who plan to compete and want to give themselves an extra edge to those who haven’t trained for some time and want to get back to it and improve their performance.
The content of classes varies depending on the student, their ambitions, training discipline and upcoming events (tournaments, social events, sports events etc). Training involves a variety of methods and equipment such as skipping, medicine balls, kettlebells, free weights, resistance bands, {the} Bulgarian bag, treadmill, HIIT, dumbbells, barbells, and much more. No one session is ever the same and you’ll see results very quickly.

No. You can stop any time you want. Obviously the longer you train the better results you’ll get. It takes time for the body and mind to change so patience and consistency is the key to success.
Yes, you would need to do more exercise in addition to seeing your personal trainer. One session a week without doing any extra work yourself will get minimal results. If you want big results then you have to put in the work yourself, however we are on hand to give advice for the best way to achieve the results.
