Yes, the British Karate Federation regularly organises regional, national and international events for students who so desire, and have attained a standard that would give them a chance of competing. Some tournaments are subject to selection, specifically, international tournaments when fighters are usually part of a national squad. Since we opened our Martial arts Academy, we have attended over 80 tournaments and won over 250 trophies. As well as fighting competitions there are also kata competitions. We encourage students to compete once they are ready.
